Hmmm, some shows have good potential in them.
Highly interested in (will watch for at least five episodes):
1.
K-ON!: Should be funny to see a mismatched band. Expecting some good music for this show as well as fluid animation. Very good character designs as well.
2.
Hayate no Gotoku 2: A must watch show... but still need to finish the first season.
3.
Hatsukoi Gentei: Perhaps a good time for a love comedy given that it is spring. If you don't live in the land down under that is.
4.
07 Ghost: Probably a typical action show. Oh well, I do need a good action show now and then. Does have an intriguing storyline though.
5.
Natsu no Arashi: Hey it's by Shaft so it should be interesting enough for a few episodes.
A
bit interested in (first two episodes decides it):
1.
Tears to Tiara: Hopefully this will be good. As good as some of the figures that have come out for it.
2.
Phantom- Requiem for the Phantom: hmmm, not too sure on this one.
3.
Senjo no Valkyria: Characters in the anime seem to have become... eh larger in certain areas. Only applies to female characters of course.
4.
Shangri-La: It's by Gonzo guys. So it's either a massive flop, or it's a massive flop and filled with eeichi. Naturally the deciding factor for most fans is the degree of eeichiness.
5.
Saki: The clack-clack-clack of the mahjong tiles being mixed brings back lots of memories. Of sleepless nights when the folks next door played from dusk till dawn.
6.
Tayutama- Kiss on my Deity: Cute goddess... not so interesting premise.
Honerable Mentions (though not always for the right reasons)...
1.
Lupin III vs. Detective Conan: The ultimate faceoff with the world's best thief going head to head with the fameous high-school-detective-trapped-in-a-kids-body. I'm cheering for Lupin of course.
2.
Queens Blade: Two words sums it up- Oppai Madness.
3.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Again? Yes, again. Perhaps it will follow the manga more closely.
4.
The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi: Like some, I'm expecting the second season to air right after this rerun. Or Kyoto anime could just be baiting us yet again...
5.
Sengoku Basara: Yep, if your a fan of the game then it's a must watch. Like most anime adaptions of games, just don't expect too much of storytelling, music, or animation quality.
